copyleft is a form of licensing,
which allows more access to “non-owners” of created material than copyright licensing (examples, U.S. Copyright, blog on China Copyright, World Intellectual Property Organization’s Treaty).
Some refer to it as “All rights reversed.”
Copyleft is similar to Creative Commons licensing.

I’m really liking the website, topix, which gathers national, world and “hyperlocal” news.

Topix is considered an aggregator and relies on bot-aggregating software and real-live human editors when it can. The more they can rely on human editors, the better their local pages will be. They are seeking editors.
